Hammerman & Gainer understands that every catastrophic incident is different and requires a company with the flexibility to meet the needs of the client. That is why we have developed a process to ensure that all of our program managers have the right tools and the right training to provide the best customer service, regardless of the situation. Our catastrophe response program management includes evaluating adjusters, reviewing claims, conducting re-inspections when appropriate, supervising adjusters, creating and distributing reports, and maintaining constant open communication with the client.
In addition to our in-house experts, H&G has existing relationships with many independent, licensed adjusters and partners to provide end-to-end program management, such as adjustors, inspectors, licensed appraisers, home evaluators, title examiners, abstractors, and attorneys. We use a proprietary data collection and warehouse technology platform, called EP-T™. Developed by H&G, EP-TTM is a fully integrated program management system for home inspections, appraisals, title searches, closings and fund distributions. In addition, title search and closings can be custom tailored to accommodate the additional functions associated with managing expropriations. Our clients have access to the EP-T™ system in a secure environment, so there is a full transparency on project-wide metrics down to individual file status and reporting. In addition, we can quickly generate custom reports that can be delivered via an automatic email push, browser based, on demand, or via ODBC link.
