Larry D. Oney - CEO & President

Mr. Oney is Chairman & CEO of the Company. His 30 years of experience in managing offices providing superior claims management has given him a valuable perspective for assisting Hammerman & Gainer's clients. Mr. Oney is also involved in developing new lines of business for the company such as dramatically increasing the scale and scope of Hammerman & Gainer's Catastrophe Loss Center in the wake of Hurricane Katrina.

Mr. Oney founded Integra Management Group, Inc. in 1995, which offers insurance and risk consulting and other cost containment services to clients throughout the United States, and serves as President and CEO.
In 1999, Mr. Oney acquired Hammerman & Gainer, Inc., a Texas based casualty and property claims adjusting and Third Party Administration organization with offices located throughout Texas. Mr. Oney serves as Chairman and CEO.

In 2002, Mr. Oney acquired Mor-Tem Risk Management Services, Inc., a Louisiana based casualty and property claims adjusting and Third Party Administration firm with six (6) locations covering the State of Louisiana.

Prior to founding Integra Management Group, Inc., Mr. Oney was Risk Manager for the City of New Orleans and Associate Executive Director for the Louisiana Insurance Guaranty Association. Mr. Oney served as Regional Claim Manager for Home Insurance Company, Seattle, Washington, Vice President of Claims, for Pelican State Mutual Insurance Company, and Claims Manager for Hartford Insurance Company, Metairie, Louisiana.

Christopher Oney - Executive Vice President, Vice President Catastrophic Claims

Christopher is our liaison with several of the state wind pools or fair plans on the Gulf Coast. He also manages our relationship with large insurance companies that insure thousands of individuals for homeowners and automobile coverage. Christopher continues to work with additional insurance companies concerning our catastrophic claim capabilities.

Jimmy Hersman – Vice President of Consumer Health Care Services

Mr. Hersman’s driving mission is to develop and expand H&G Benefits focusing on Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRA) and Health Saving Accounts (HSA). These funding programs provide creative ways for employers and employees to take advantage of favorable tax laws while creating more access and affordability to the health insurance market. He has already demonstrated an innovative approach within the FSA market, by creating a streamline process for handling Dependent Day Care administration. Mr. Hersman will continue to build this type of success for other Consumer Driven Healthcare Programs (CDHP) products. Mr. Hersman joins H&G with over 20 years of sales experience to focus on our CDHP products and is located in Dallas/Irving office. His most recent experience focused on Flexible Spending Accounts with Care125. Prior to that, he served as a Vice President of Sales and Marketing role for a Tennessee TPA and the Director of Sales for the Texas Insurance Journal.

Chris Story – Vice President, Broker Relations

Mr. Story is located in our Dallas/Irving office. Mr. Story’s high energy and motivation, along with his large broker network contacts, will help launch H&G Benefits into the worksite market. Tied to the broker relationships, he can bring several major insurance carriers to the table to support Worksite portfolio. Additionally, he will also support the CDHP efforts and the American Express partnership offerings. Mr. Story comes to H&G with over 18 years of sales experience to focus on Worksite Insurance Products As the former Regional Vice President for Transamerica, Mr. Story recruited, trained and sold employee-payroll deduction products such as Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability, Cancer & Serious Disease Policies, Voluntary Life, Vision, Dental, etc. Prior to Transamerica, he worked within the Allstate Workplace Division, along with stints at Universal Benefits, Great Southern Life and Life of Georgia.

A. Michael “Skeeter” Moore – Vice President, Health & Benefit Services

Mr. Moore joins the H&G with 25+ years of health insurance experience as a Home Office team member to lead in the development, set up and operation of the administrative functions of the H&G Benefits. He worked in the Blue Cross and Blue Shield corporate environment for the last 20 years, with the most recent 2 ½ years in Northeastern Pennsylvania as the Director of Underwriting. Prior to that, Mr. Moore was responsible for re-activating HMO Louisiana, creating an Competitive Intelligence discipline and leading an Individual and Group Underwriting Division within Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Louisiana, located in Baton Rouge.

Randy Floyd - Vice President, Claims Administration

Mr. Floyd oversees the Claims operations of Hammerman & Gainer.  Mr. Floyd implements programs to ensure attainment of our business plan for growth and provides direction and structure for the claims operating units of Hammerman & Gainer. Mr. Floyd brings a wealth of experience to the H&G team. He served as the Vice President of Operations for Précis and Foresight TPA. He was the Director of Operations for Benesight, (now Fiserv Health) and Risk Enterprise Management. He was also with Continental Insurance/Underwriters Adjusting Company for several years.
