H&G's services include auto and general liability risk management, integrated worker's compensation and disability management programs, risk and safety consulting, and medical cost containment and medical review services. Continuing to expand the product portfolio, H&G has capitalized on our expertise in managing risk and financial transactions to provide additional services that include emergency and catastrophe management services, payment verification services (fiduciary transactions), and other business process outsourcing services.Founded in 1929 in Austin, Texas, today H&G’s corporate office is located in the greater New Orleans area. As a Louisiana based company, H&G is licensed to provide healthcare administrative services in all 50 states as well as D.C. With a strong commitment to customer service and established partnerships with some of the largest brokerage and consulting firms in the country, H&G has built a reputation for excellence. As a result, Hammerman & Gainer has become one of the most respected names in the industry.

Our corporate office is located just outside New Orleans, Louisiana. Regional operations centers are located on the East and West Coasts and in Texas.
